The Trager Method was developed by Dr. Milton Trager, an American physician and movement educator. It is based on the understanding that many physical and emotional tensions are unconsciously held in the body. Through gentle, mindful touch and movement, these patterns can be released. Dr. Trager researched the effects on body and mind, calling his approach Psychophysical Integration and later developing Mentastics.
Today, the Trager Method is a recognized approach for supporting deep relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.
